SuperWeek Day #3
Hey um what happen yesterday was out right embarrassing. I went across to an early break solo and found myself riding in a group full of heavy hitters. Karl Menzies ( healthnet) Justin England ( priority health) Victor Rapinkski ( navaators) two German pro's, a Colombian rider and my teammate. I worked hard to get the break to work, then I started to sit on.
With three laps to go, all hell broke loose and the next thing I knew was I was riding with my teammate and two other guys. Karl and the heavy hitters smashed us and I was caught sleeping.

oh yeah I finished 7th....it sucked
